Returns and Refunds

At Amirah The Label, each piece is produced in limited quantities and carefully prepared before dispatch. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind & Worn Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect sizing selection

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, all sales are final unless the item is deemed faulty.

Faulty Goods

Although Amirah The Label carries out quality control checks on all garments prior to dispatch, we understand that faults may occasionally occur.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify Amirah The Label at amirahhthelabel@gmail.com within 24 hours after goods delivered. Approved faulty items may be:

Exchanged for the same item (subject to availability),Β Returned for store credit or refunded to original payment method and this may take up to 10 business days.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange due to a fault, please email us (amirahhthelabel@gmail.com)Β within 48Β hours of receiving your order, including:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) in question

  • Clear photographs showing the fault

  • Your preferred resolution (exchange or store credit)

Requests that do not include photographic evidence may not be approved.Β 

Return Shipping

If your request is approved:

  • You will be provided with a return address

  • The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is safely returned to the provided location

  • Amirah The Label is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Exchanges are only accepted for faulty items. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason.

Amirah The Label reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
